THE CHALLENGEFocused on the user experience in a day to day traveling, Carris wanted to dematerialize the physical transportation ticket. Replacing it to a digital one that can be managed on a Smart Phone. Besides the mobile application, a new physical device must be made to validate the digital tickets inside the trams.

THE SOLUTIONWe took inspiration from the Caris iconic tram model and built a physical product with the user experience as a priority. Focused on usability, we implemented the QR Code scanner technology that allows the product to work even under the hardest light conditions.
